"The usage of the evidence of this type in the criminal proceedings is regarded with special reserve in the rule of law since the state-of-the-art technical equipment today makes it very easy to interfere with telecommunication devices, modify or create new contents of the transferred data, while the contacting parties remain unaware of this,” – claimed Henrikas Mickevičius, the Director of the HRMI, during the Press Conference on Monday.
